Residents may have up to two pets per apartment, and all pets must be properly registered with the leasing office and added to the lease in accordance with community policy. Pet fees, deposits, and monthly pet rent may apply, and full details are available through the leasing team. Our goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where both pet owners and non-pet owners can enjoy their homes. To help maintain a clean and respectful community, pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and not disruptive to neighbors. Leashes are required whenever pets are outside the apartment home, and residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and using designated pet areas. Perdido Isle also complies fully with applicable fair housing laws regarding service and assistance animals. By following these guidelines, residents help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and pet-friendly living experience for everyone at Perdido Isle Apartment Homes.
